| 工作职责： |
【职责描述】
• CBoD product test architecture design
• lead QA team to build testing framework with good architecture design
• Guide QA team to use appropriate testing methodology to make sure product quality with constrained bandwidth
• Understand business scenarios and make sure they are test appropriately
• Co-work with project delivery team to make sure CBoD product used appropriately in project delivery
• Co-work with sales team as product advocator in pre-sale engagement
• Co-work with development and QA team to make sure appropriate product implementation and testing
• Preparing and delivering user training as appropriate
• Using information gained through prior experience, knowledge sharing with development & QA team, education and training to resolve issues and remove project barriers

| 应聘条件： |
【任职资格】
3年以上测试经验；银行业务系统相关测试经验必须；英语读写熟练。
• At least 3+ years experience in test architect
• At least 1+ years experience in core banking area
• Familiar with testing methodology and tool
• Familiar with middle ware product (DB2 on z/OS, Universal DB2, Oracle,ILOG, CICS)
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, ability to make that vision a reality.
