工作职责: |
岗位职责:
1. Responsible for the management of reception desk to ensure all receptionists could provide the good service efficiently and effectively. Audit and refine the work procedures and reports created by Admin Officer to standardize and LEAN the team operation.
2. Supervise the office maintenance related tasks to keep clean and nice work environment. Communicate office maintenance related issues effectively with all level employees.
3. Develop and retain direct reports by providing effective leadership, recruitment, coaching, motivating, training, and performance evaluation to team members to make sure the team efficiency.
4. Supervise the purchasing functions in Admin team to ensure the enough office supply by maintaining/decreasing the cost, including preparing & controlling the budget, supervising Admin Officer for vendor selection and price negotiation; monitoring the quality, etc.

1. Minimum 5 years working experience in facility or administration, and 2 years in management
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. People management skills
4. Good communication skills
5. Service oriented
6. Good English and Chinese skills (verbal and written)
7. Good negotiation skills
