职位职责：
1. -Drive Lean Six Sigma deployment (Project Identification, Lean Six Sigma Training, lead Lean Six Sigma project and Mentor Lean Six Sigma project )
2. -Lead and Support QMS (Quality Management System) deployment and management. Drive performance metrics establishment in each project
3. -Driving Best Practice Sharing Inter and Intra BU. for Best Practice, Replication & Eurekas. Best Practices sharing & replication within BU & outside
4. -Lead/Support other Quality initiatives

| 应聘条件： |
职位要求：
1. At least 8 years working experience in BTO or Service or Manufacturing industry, 3 to 5 years quality experience, 2 to 3 years industry experience (accounting/HR/Engineering/Software Development)
2. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other Quality training and tools
3. Demonstrated Lean Six Sigma knowledge in Six Sigma projects
4. Demonstrated leadership
5. Good functional knowledge of MS office tools.
6. Good communication skills, Fluent spoken and written English
7. Good team leader and team player
8. Good Presentation Skills
9. Good Analytical Skills
10. Good Project Management Skills
11. Bachelor''s degree
12. Certified Black Belt or equal/higher certification
